1) Composition
S-Pantoprazole 20mg
2) Dosage & Administration
- One tablet of s-Pantoprazole 20mg.
- A 4-week period is usually required for the treatment of reflux oesophagitis, if this is not sufficient, healing will usually be achieved within a further 4 weeks.
- In individual cases the dose may be doubled(increase to 2 tablets s-pantoprazole 40mg) especially when there has been no response to other treatment.
- A daily dose of 20mg s-pantoprazole should not be exceeded in patients with severe renal impairment and older people.
- In patients with severe liver impairment, the dose should be reduced to s-pantoprazole 20mg per every other day.
3) Storage
Preserve in light-resistant and tight containers. Store at room temperature(1-30¡É). 24 months.
