[Precautions for use]
1. Adverse reaction
40 of 998 cases (4.0%) were adverse events. Major adverse events included diarrhea, Yanbian (1.8%), gurgul (0.5%) and malaise (0.3%).
In the clinical examination, 30 cases (3.8%) of 792 cases were abnormal. The main contents are eosinophilia (1.1%), elevated triglyceride (1.0%), elevated AST (GOT), ALT (GPT), ALP and ¥ã-GTP (0.4% each).
1) Significant adverse reactions
Severe hepatitis, liver dysfunction and jaundice (less than 0.1% each):
There are cases of severe hepatic dysfunction accompanied by severe hepatitis, significant AST (GOT), elevated ALT (GPT) and ¥ã-GTP, jaundice, Immediately stop the administration and take appropriate measures. |
